Jenn Ashworth

Biography

Jenn  has worked at the Bodleian Library, Oxford, rural branches and has managed a Prison Library Her writing career  includes a variety of online publications and a blog that won the Best Writing on a Blog Award at the 2008 Manchester Literary Festival. Jenn is also a participant in the NW live lit scene and is experienced in running reading groups, creative writing workshops, and collaborating with sound and visual artists in a variety of freelance community arts and literature projects.

Teaching and work-shopping experience with small groups of adults writing at all levels including a self designed writing course for beginners. One on one mentoring and manuscript appraisal. Participation in various live lit nights and events across the NW and beyond.
