Time to Read and St Helens Libraries are thrilled to invite you to join K. Blundell Trust award-winning author SJ Bradley, for a creative writing workshop. Find your ‘big idea’ and get to work on a new story with an expert in the field. This workshop is one of eleven events for the New Words Festival. Led by SJ Bradley, this fun & engaging workshop will enable you to capture ideas and use them to produce your own short fiction. Learn how to turn everyday events into stories that grab a reader and won’t let go. If you want to know how to find ideas everywhere you look, this is the workshop for you! Suitable for writers of all levels.
SJ Bradley is a writer from Leeds, who writes novels & short stories. Winner of the K. Blundell Trust Award and a Saboteur Award, her short fiction has been published by Comma Press, December Magazine, and the Alton Towers Liminal Resident publication, and she is a Pushcart nominee. She has previously been writer in residence for First Story and at Alton Towers, and her novel, Guest, is available from Dead Ink.
