Workshop & Reading Experience

Cath has worked with the National Maritime Museum and Lancaster Museum Services. In 2006 she was commissioned by Lancaster Litfest to compose work on Lancaster’s links with the Slave Trade for BBC Radio Lancashire. As the former co-coordinator of the Dead Good Poets Society, Cath has organized over 100 live poetry events promoting other poets. She has plenty of reading experience: on radio, with live audiences, and as a facilitator of events and workshops (writing, reading and training). Cath also set up the Poetry Reading Groups at Liverpool Central and Bebington libraries, and is a strong advocate of reading – poetry, fiction and non-fiction.
