Biography
Peter has had a range of jobs ranging from Forester, Head Gardener, Chef, Taxi Driver, Writer in Residence in prisons, schools, International Youth Camps, BBC Greater Manchester radio, Poet in the Croatian/Bosnian conflict, Correspondent on Radio 4 Kaleidoscope programme to name but a few and at eighteen was a Gravedigger / Exhumer in Bolton.

Workshop & Reading Experience
Peter was a recipient of the Royal Literary Fund Grant and a member of the Society of Authors. He has an enormously wide experience of leading creative writing and poetry workshops and is currently working with Greater Manchester Health Authority providing creative writing workshops. He is also working with Manchester Central Library leading workshops on creative writing for people with Autism. Since the publication of the ‘Hidden Depths’ book Peter has conducted book readings and signings at libraries, local history societies and Arts events across the North West and is planning future events. Peter is available to be booked.
